教學理念：
本人期許同學能成為具備獨立思考(critical thinking)、團隊合作(teamwork)及國際視野(global perspectives)的未來領袖人才。為達這些目標，本人的教學理念著重於三個目標：
1. 批判思維的培育；2. 專業知識的傳授與訓練；3. 專業分析能力的養成與應用。
教學方式：
以教師講授與師生討論互動為主，著重啟發學生的獨立思考，透過同儕討論與各種團體活動來激發同學對議題的多面向思考與團體合作精神。設計諸如課程小組討論、全球議題小組簡報(英文)、政治學議題辯論賽、國際會議談判模擬(如WTO、APEC、UN)、創新與創業競賽、外交決策會議模擬等活動，以使學生能充分運用上課所學知識，並透過團體活動來激發自我學習之動力、成員間協調合作的能力，與尊重多元價值與文化的精神。
